Our Human Resources Department is responsible for looking after and ensuring the welfare of the Firm’s most valuable asset, our people. More specifically our HR team ensures that competent and qualified staff is recruited according to the needs of the individual departments. Staff is retained through intrinsic and extrinsic rewards, including among other things, fair treatment, training and development, objective performance appraisal and attractive remuneration according to market standards and personal achievement, i.e. Recruit – Reward – Retain (the “3R” principle). Furthermore it deals with any problems arising or brought up by members of staff in relation to the conduct of work or the work environment itself.
